Using the Student Portal

Who can use this portal?

A learner enrolled at a school using Cloud School, whose school has switched the student portal on.

How do I sign in?

Enter your school code and your admission number, then your password. Your class teacher or the school office can tell you the school code.

I have forgotten my password

Choose Forgot Password and enter your school code and admission number. A new password is sent to the email on your student record. If there is none, ask the school office to reset it for you.

It says my details are not recognised

Check the admission number against your school ID - leading zeros and slashes matter. If it still fails, the school may not have switched the student portal on yet.

What can I see here?

Your classes, timetable, assignments, results and any updates your school publishes.
